Don Samuels is City Council Member for Ward 5 in North Mpls. and is co-founder of the PEACE Foundation – Public Engagement And Community Empowerment – connecting regional partners and local residents in collaborations to end violence. CTK has been a supportive partner with the PEACE Foundation since its inception about 5 years ago.
